Melted Crayons in the Car rear Window

Saturday, February 19, 2011 - - 0 Comments

Today I had the pleasure of sharing with a couple mothers about fond memories of our children's youth. The subject came up on a facebook stream when a woman posted this thread topic....

Spring Styer posted ..."I’m so thankful for my kids...If it weren’t for them...I’d never know what a cool sound my vacuum cleaner makes when it sucks up Rice Crispies..."

That prompted me to join the dialogue because it brought up fond memories of Rice Crispies and legos and melted crayons..not necessarily all items in the same sentence or event. But it got us talking. Spring responded to my comment then someone else who could relate joined in and we soon realized that in our common bonds we had similar experiences that would bring joy in reminiscing. I want to share that joy with my blog readers. Enjoy memories of "melted crayons in the car rear window" and see if you can relate.
